Kathmandu Arrival

Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, head to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the biggest Hindu temple complexes in South Asia, which is home to hundreds of Shiva lingams and other shrines and icons of different Hindu gods and goddesses. We then proceed to Bouddhanath, the most important Buddhist site in Nepal. With a height of almost 36 metres, Boudhanath is one of the largest and oldest Buddhist monuments ever constructed in Nepal. The Stupa is situated on three enormous, mandala-inspired levels surrounded by vibrant individual family homes.

After that Visit Swayambhunath and the Kathmandu Durbar Square in the afternoon for sightseeing. Located in the centre of the city is the Kathmandu Durbar Square area. The location was formerly known as Hanuman Dhoka Palace Square and served as the ancient residence of the Nepalese Royalty. The Hanuman Dhoka Palace complex includes a sizable Royal square that is home to a staggering array of temples honouring various Hindu gods and goddesses. Here, the majority of the structures date from the 15th through the 18th centuries. The journey to Swayambhunath follows situated in a charming small hillock One of the most intriguing architectural wonders in the entire world is Swayambhunath Stupa.
