The path covers the main Hindu pilgrimage destination - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Many believed that these holy shrines were established by the great saint "Sri Adi Shankaracharya" during the 8th Century. Badrinath Yatra is also one of the four seats of a larger Vaishnava pilgrimage route Char Dham. Char Dham was originally known as the pilgrimage path of four holy places- Puri, Rameshwaram, Dwarka, and Badrinath. Many believed that Badrinath Dham only as the holy place has become a main Himalayan pilgrimage path that became known as "Char Dham". Chardham Yatra begin every year in starting the first week of May or End week of April and closed during November month. Our Chardham Yatra package by Helicopter starts from Delhi and Dehradun as well. ITINERARY

Delhi/Dehradun to Haridwar (230 kms/6-7hrs)

Welcome greetings on arrival at Delhi/Dehradun Airport/station to start Holy Chardham Yatra Package, Meet & Assist further drive to Haridwar. Transfer to your Hotel. If time permits visit Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temples & Others. Also visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti. The ‘Aarti’ worship of the Ganga after sunset and therefore the floating ‘dia’ (lamp) may be a moving ritual. Back to your hotel, Night halt.

Haridwar to Barkot (210kms/7-8hr)

Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie, on the way visit Mussoorie Lake and Kempty Fall (Suggestible to take your lunch at Kempty fall as further no good restaurants are available before Barkot). Later drive straight to Barkot, transfer to your Hotel. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Barkot Weather – Generally pleasant in summer, the temperature ranges from 25-30 degree Centigrade , Winter: the times are pleasantly cool but the nights are cold, temp ranges from 10 deg to 05 deg.

Barkot to Yamunotri to Barkot {36kms drive & 6kms Trek (one side)}

Early morning, Drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (6kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arrive Yamunotri and take holy bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warm water and having “Darshan” of “Yamunaji” returning to Jankichatti. Return back to Barkot, Overnight stay.
Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple within the 19th Century. it had been destroyed twice within the present century and rebuilt again. At Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it during a cloth and dipping it within the predicament of the Tapt kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” are often offered to Divya Shila. Surya Kund: There are variety of thermal springs near temple, which flows into numerous pools. the foremost important of those is Surya Kund.

Barkot to Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. On arrival Checkin to the hotel and get refresh and after that visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi is home for variety of ashrams, temples. The name of the town reflects its similarity to and site (as north of) the town of Kashi (Varanasi). almost like Varanasi, the town of Uttarkashi is additionally situated on the banks of River Ganga.
Vishwanath temple – Vishwanath temple is one among the oldest Shiva temples in Northern India. Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi (100kms/3-4 each side)

Early morning (packed breakfast) drive to Gangotri, on the way at Gangnani take a holy dip in Garam Kund, further drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is legendary for its natural beauty and for the majestic views of the Deodar trees and mountains. On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip within the sacred river Ganges which is additionally called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, then relax for a few time within the lovely surroundings. Later drive back to Uttarkashi and Overnight stay.
Gangotri Temple: The temple was constructed by the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa within the 18th Century, is situated on the proper bank of Bhagirathi.
Gangotri Weather – the utmost temperature during summer can go up to 20° Celsius. Summer nights can get cooler with a minimum temperature of 10° Celsius. Light woolen clothes are required while visiting Gangotri during summer. The Winter season is extremely chilly in Gangotri. Gangotri is going to be covered in sheets of snow during winter. Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (220kms/8-9hr)

The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to succeed in Guptkashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptkashi. On arrival checkin to the hotel at Guptkashi. Overnight stay.
Guptkashi:- The name Gupt Kashi means “Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were checking out a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled.

Guptkashi to Kedarnath (30kms by road & 19kms Trek)

Morning after breakfast departure for Kedarnath dham. Enjoy Kedarnath Darshan & back your hotel. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Kedarnath Darshan by Two Ways:-
By Helicopter: Early Morning driver will transfer to Helipad to board the pre-booked helicopter ride for Kedarnath. Reach Kedarnath and have darshan and pooja rituals. Back to helipad and our car will pick you and drop you at same Hotel for rest.
By Trek: Morning driver will drop you at Sonprayag then you have to take the local jeep for Gaurikund on direct payment basis & then start your trek to Kedarnath Ji. You have option for Pony or Palki on direct payment basis to reach Kedarnath. After reaching checkin to prebooked GMVN rest house in dormitory style. Evening participate in Lord Kedar aarti and have blissful darshan. GMVN also offering veg thali as meal on direct payment basis. Night stay.
Next day Early morning darshan of Lord Kedar and start trek down to Gaurikund.
Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva.

Kedarnath to Guptkashi (19Kms Down Trek & 30kms/1hr by Road)

Morning after Pooja & breakfast, you can check out of Kedarnath hotel start your journey back to Sonprayag. Our driver will be there at a designated place which was discussed with you. Drive back to Guptkashi hotel for a night stay.

Guptkashi - Badrinath (185kms/7hrs)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Checkin to the hotel on arrival at Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a shower within the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti within the evening. Brahamakapal is critical for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Badrinath Weather: The typical maximum temperature are going to be around 18° Celsius and therefore the average minimum is 8° Celsius. Warm and woolen clothes are hence required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is usually amid snowfalls. Badrinath - Joshimath - Rudraprayag(155KMS/5HR)

Mana Village : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Vasundhara : As the name suggests, Vasundhara is a magnificent waterfall. This place is 5 km. from Badrinath out of which 2 km. is motorable upto Mana.
Bhim Pul : On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge, lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

Afternoon drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive to Rudraprayag and Check into the hotel and night stay.

Rudraprayag - Rishikesh/Haridwar (140kms/4hrs)

The morning after breakfast proceeds to Rishikesh/Haridwar after visiting Rudraprayag which is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River. It is a confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Devprayag known as Sangam of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi river. After that continue drive to Rishikesh where your can visit Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and Parmarth Niketan ashram and participate in Ganga Aarti. Night stay at Rishikesh/Haridwar.

Rishikesh/Haridwar- Dehradun/Delhi (220kms / 6-7hrs)

The morning after breakfast proceed to Dehradun/Delhi airport/station after completing Holy Pilgrimage Chardham Yatra Package .
